Jeff is facing some severe health challenges related to his stomach and digestive tract. There are more tests to be run and a full diagnosis is not yet complete. But there is a chance that some significant surgery may be needed. Please lift Jeff in prayer for healing and comfort during this challenging time. Please pray for my 92 year old Father for gall bladder surgery this morning at 9AM. Hopefully this will go well and he can start gaining strength and get home.

Dad made it through his surgery fine and they are keeping him sedated. Hopefully we will find out more today as he becomes more lucid. Thanks to everyone for there prayers and please keep praying for a speedy recovery.

Great news, Dad (Ernie R.) was up and eating today. He's getting back to being a normal person. He still needs to get stronger and get the meds out but he is doing sooooo much better than Friday. Thanks for the prayers.

Family Needs
- Don't forget to lift up all of the single parents. They can use all of the uplifting we can give them. If you personally know some, think of something maybe you could do to be a blessing to them.
- Lift up the Fathers to be Godly heads of their homes. Pray they would have God's wisdom. Pray they would lead their homes in a Christ like manner.
- Lift up the Mothers that they would be Godly examples in their homes. Pray they will have the strength to keep their children from all of the distractions of the world. Pray they are a helpmate to their husbands. Pray that the Mothers who are "stay at home Moms" understand the importance of the role they play. Pray that more of our Christian women can afford to be "stay at home moms".
- Pray for the children to be obedient to their parents. That they would come to the knowledge of Jesus at an early age and act on it. Pray for their safety in this cruel and dangerous world. Pray that they are ambassadors of Jesus where they go.
- Pray for our youth that they would know Jesus on a personal level.
- Pray that they would be able and willing to hear the Holy Spirit directing their path.
- That they would listen to God's wisdom and apply it to their life.
- Remember the "Prom" season coming up. Pray that they would be safe and protected. That they would overcome any temptation to participate in some of the "extra" activities that sometimes accompany prom. Let them here the Holy Spirit reminding them that they are an ambassador of Christ, a light unto the world.
